Join us for a four-day Heart Camp from June 9th-June 12th, 2017 in Rhinebeck, NY.  Exact location details will be sent out over email once your spot is confirmed.

Over the course of the weekend, guests will engage in various educational workshops, skill-shares, and activities such as twice-daily yoga, meditation, swimming, hiking, and playing outside. Think of it as Summer camp for your heart- where you will walk away feeling invigorated, connected, and empowered!

This price is all inclusive of all workshops and activities; the all organic, seasonal, locally sourced food for Friday dinner, Friday bonfire, Saturday brunch, Saturday dinner, Sunday brunch, and Monday departing snacks, as well as assorted self-serve snacks and beverages throughout your stay; infinity pool usage for the weekend; bedding linens and towels; residence cleaning service throughout the weekend; and all materials for the pool, yoga, and workshops.

When : Guests may arrive as early as 2pm on Friday and leave as late as 2pm on Monday.
Where : A private residence in Rhinebeck, NY. The exact address will be emailed to you upon securing your spot.
Includes : 4 days of workshops, accommodations, food, and activities in a gorgeous residence in upstate NY directly on the Hudson River.
Not Included : Transportation, additional food or activities beyond what is scheduled.

If you are traveling to join us, we strongly encourage you to have travel insurance to cover your costs in the event of strikes, natural disasters, health problems, and other unforeseen events.
