evening urban retreat (workshop & yoga): August 14th, 2017 4-8:30PM in Brooklyn

Blind Seed is hosting an evening urban retreat this upcoming Sunday featuring tea, snacks, and an incredible workshop on how to understand and use the power of mercury in retrograde, hosted by featured healer Trae Harris. Trae will explore candle magic with registrants as a tool to channel and cast spells through fire and focus, while performing a ritual to ground, open, and uplift during this trying, yet powerful, energetic shift.  All participants will leave with a zine to reference during future mercury planet shifts.

Following the workshop and snacks provided by Blind Seed co-founder Sara Elise (4-6PM), participants will have the option to engage in a restorative yoga and meditative movement practice, led by Blind Seed co-founder, Tara.

The workshop and yoga will be held at Urban Asanas Studio in Crown Heights (843 Sterling Place, 2nd Floor, Brooklyn).
There is limited space- so register today using the link below to reserve your spot!

Heartcamp: August 2017 (REGISTRATION CLOSED)

Presented by Blind Seed, HeartCamp is a weekend retreat to a judgment-free space in the Hudson Valley, where we give ourselves permission to slow down, feel well, and connect to each other.

HeartCamp builds an educational and self-empowerment component into a restorative yoga retreat framework. Clean food and beverages included are sustainable, local, and organic. Opportunities for play, rest and learning are customizable for participants, who leave feeling recharged and relaxed- and overall, empowered to continue creating positive momentum in their life.
